Meet Dr. George Tadros

George Tadros, M.D., MS, F.A.C.C., R.P.V.I., is a distinguished interventional cardiologist with extensive expertise in cardiovascular and vascular medicine. He holds board certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. 

Dr. Todros' Education

Dr. Tadros brings a diverse and robust academic foundation to his practice. Following undergraduate education at London University, he earned his Medical Degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He completed his residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Pursuing advanced specialization, he undertook dual fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Minnesota, also serving as chief fellow for two years. Further enhancing his expertise in evidence-based medicine and clinical investigation, Dr. Tadros earned a Master of Science in Clinical Research from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.

Dedication to Excellence

Before joining PCA, Dr. Tadros spent more than 17 years at North Memorial Hospital in Minnesota as an interventional cardiologist. There, he played a key role in leading the cardiac catheterization lab and establishing a dedicated venous disease clinic. He also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, contributing to medical education and mentoring future clinicians.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tadros has been actively involved in academic medicine, participating in numerous research initiatives and serving on multiple medical committees. He is a published author of numerous peer-reviewed articles in leading medical journals, with a focus on advancing cardiovascular care and improving patient outcomes.

Dr. Tadros is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care. He emphasizes a humanistic approach to medicine, stating, “I approach my patients and their families as human beings, with the utmost respect and care.”

His commitment to service extends beyond borders. Dr. Tadros has taken part in over 25 international medical missions across Africa and Latin America. He has helped establish several cardiac catheterization labs abroad and has trained countless medical professionals around the world.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys soccer, cycling, endurance sports, and traveling.
